I tried this thinking it would be mild, but it kicked in quicker and felt stronger than I expected. The first thing I noticed was feeling calmer and looser without it getting too heavy. The taste is earthy, which is typical for kava. I’d buy it again, but based on my experience, I’d probably use a little less next time
